Notice And Rules

1. The banquet timings for the morning event are 08:00 to 05:00, while for the evening event they are 06:30 to 11:30.

2. The dining timings for morning programs are until 03:00 pm, and for the evening event, they are until 10:30 PM.

3. An additional fee of Rs.15,000/- per hour will be charged if the Royal Palace is vacant during the requested time.

4. Similarly, an additional fee of Rs.10,000/- per hour will be charged if Orchid Banquet is empty during the requested time.

5. No kind of outdoor events, decorations, catering, dolly, orchestra, DJ, smooth music, LED wall, etc. are allowed inside the banquet hall.

6. A payment of 30% of the full amount must be made at the time of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

7. Honor row in dining will only be used once and can accommodate 30 to 40 guests.

8. Drinking is strictly prohibited on the banquet’s premises, and police action will be taken against anyone found intoxicated.

9. The bursting of any kind of firecrackers inside or outside the premises of the banquet is strictly prohibited.

10. Large gift items should not be brought inside the banquet and should be kept outside.

11. The management will not be responsible for the loss or theft of cars in the parking lot.

12. It is advised to keep your valuables safe as the management will not be responsible in case of loss or theft.

13. After the reservation has been made, the reservationist assumes full responsibility for any damages to the banquet, which will have to be paid at market price.

14. The banquet should be used carefully, and guests should maintain cleanliness and cooperate with the management by following the rules.
